The empty-nest elder problem do exist, but the most serious consequence happens when the couples are far away from home working or abroad. And for the normal couple, they can frequently go and see their parents, maybe once a week or several days, and do chores and chat with them knowing their thoughts and physical conditions. Parents can call them anytime they need. Parents need their own space to relax and live in their own lifestyle. But education is a real big problem. Parents may have different conceptions of educating their grandchildren, some of their conceptions are out-dated and thus can raise conflict between us. Some parents may spoil grandchildren, this may exert negative impact on grandchildren's growth. Children sometimes need beating to learn lessons. My fellow debater, how can you deal with the education problem?
