In the course on an individual's lifecycle, transformations in one's relationships may possibly occur. These variations can be the result of several environmental and social influences. In Tina's case, these changes occurred as a result of her former spouse's negative behavior. Her former spouse abandoned her for a more youthful and more attractive female. She is now entirely obsessed with her physical appearance and appears to possess major self-esteem issues. Also she has to deal with her irresponsible, grown son living with her as well as a relatively unhealthy relationship she has with her boyfriend. I selected Tina because, in some ways, I can relate to her. Her behavior is completely understandable, yet very psychologically and emotionally unhealthy. As a result, Tina is now really engrossed regarding her appearance. She spends numerous days training at the gym. Tina has not been pleased with her development at her trainings therefore he has raised her exercise routine to 4 hours every day. Tina does not have social relationships. Tina spends huge amounts of time distant from Michael whom she has been accompanying for 5 years. She is so engrossed with training and the method she perceive it is influencing their relationship. Michael desires to marry her yet has doubts because of her lifestyle. Michael does not really spend that much time privately with Tina and also to other people on account of her exercise routines. Although Tina questions Michael and his intentions, she has trust concerns because of her past experiences. In Tina's past relationship she really was apparently not really bothered regarding her appearance and do not have a regular exercise routine. When her husband abandoned her for a more appealing woman her point-of-view changed and she started to have training everyday and concentrate on her looks. She also believes that Michael is too old for her although they are of same age. This can be a result of her tragic experience regarding her past relationship with his previous husband. This low self confidence is a result
