My name is Yong Kim and I am the manager. I have been Giwon's immediate supervisor since he was hired as sushi chef position back in.
Giwon and I went to same high school and we have close friendships. When Giwon was planning to immigrate to the United States with his family, I suggested him to come. Sora was looking for one more sushi chef, and I offered Giwon the position, considering his career of owning restaurant business for 5 years in Korea.
He is fast learner and has strong work ethic, and these help him to adapt well to life in Michigan. I believe he will succeed in this career.
