  Adding documents to a website and reviewing other users' documents is not plagiarism; submitting another's documents as your own is plagiarism. Please never turn in any papers and documents from this website as your own.

• My copyrighted document is on this website without my permission. How can I delete it?

  Please contact us and follow the procedures in item 21 on this page.

• How much does a subscription cost?

  You can join for free. If you want, you can upgrade at any time for less than $1 per day.

Billing Questions

• When do I get access to my premium account after I pay for it?

  If you pay by credit card, your access to your premium account will be immediate.
  If you pay by PayPal, you may need to wait up to 5-30 minutes for your premium account to activate. Try logging out and logging back in to activate your account.

• How do I cancel my subscription?

  Please go to the cancel account page.

• Can I have a refund?

  We issue refunds on a case by case basis. Please visit our refund policy page.

• Why was I re-billed?

  You most likely signed up for one of our recurring memberships. You will be billed until you cancel your subscription.

• When I cancel, how long will my account be active?

  Your account will be active for the remainder of your subscription. For instance, if you signed up for the monthly membership on April 12 and you canceled on April 27, your account would still be active until May 12.

• When is my next billing?

  We bill your account every month. So, if you signed up on April 12, you would be billed again on May 12 (unless you cancel your account).
