A letter to the CEO
This memo is the result of a meeting with regards to a mutual agreement between yourself and CEO of Nature's Junction, in hope of the start of a new partnership.
The company's rich history dates back to 1800s, with the CEO's Great-Great Grandfather, Grover Cobath, who settled a prime piece of land along the Platte River in Nebraska to start ranching and raising a family. The family's business roots developed from the connection of a spike that Mr. Cobath believed would be the sale of the dream. Generation after generation, the Cobath family continued to seek for ways to help their customers reach their dream with new ideas and ways to improve their products. It was the CEO's grandmother, Elizabeth, or 'Lizzy", who raised her own corn to improve feed for her cattle. Due to her selection and experiment of varieties of corn she found the best nutrition for the herd. With growing corn as her passion, Lizzy became known for the corn quality she developed. After multiple experiments of crossing corn, Elizabeth developed popcorn by crossing a popcorn variety with a high-starch popcorn feed. With a new line of popcorn, Lizzy searched for customers to buy the family's latest product. She found that the most eager customers were in movie theatres, and upon asking the right questions, popcorn was introduced as a new snack alongside the selling of apple cider. By the 1930s, popcorn plants multiplied over the Chicago area and the family earned a reputation for good corn and great ideas.
In lewd of partnership, the company offers the popcorn at wholesale delivery costs with the suggested retail price for your company's profit. With a retail contract, popcorn carts are provided to all partners as well as employee training materials for sampling programs. Optional store sampling products are included via Nature Junction. The contract will offer either 20% of the suggested retail sampling or 95% of reimbursement from consumer stock.
Nature Junction will negotiate the most profitable outcome while exceeding customer expectations. Our company will take steps to understand the customer needs before imposing partnership.
