- For analysis of Aeroflot I will use Organizational chart(which you can see above), which describes the internal structure of company.
- Aeroflot is hierarchical organization, because as we can see above this company is a flat/horizontal. Hence organization has larger span of control and just fewer (four-five) levels of hierarchy than in tall organizational charts.
- Chain of command is going from „General Meeting of shareholders“ to board of directors and etc
- By delayering, Aeroflot is trying to make «gaps» between shareholders at the top and the subordinates at the bottom less.
- Structure for business is organized by functions. So it makes quite clear understanding of responsibilities between departments which improves working capacity. Also for new employees it’s easy to realize how organization is structured.
- Also organization has centralization, which means that concentration of the power and management at the top of organization. I suppose that it makes company less creative, because subordinates cannot fully participate in decision-making which also causes of inflexibility.

Aeroflot is company which works in different counties, so employees have to speak a few languages, which makes communication more difficult.I suppose that for aeroflot language barriers can make some problems. Even manners during conversations are different, so for workers brainstorms become harder.
Also it causes to different political views. Many cultures have a strong sense of beliefs or government pride, which also affects on decision-making.
However, for aeroflot, as the international company is quite important to be sure that all customers are getting services which they need. And that's why culture differences can give raise to more ideas.
So Aeroflot is worldwide company which means it has a lot of departments almost in every countries. Therefore communication technologies are one of the most important aspects.
And without innovations in communication technologies Aeroflot couldn't do business well as now. For example, group work is the best way for success in such a big companies, so online workspace is good decision for Aeroflot. Employees can collaborate together.
Also Cloud-based apps let all employees share documents and correct them at the same time with others.
