What is meant by binge drinking and how prevalent is binge drinking on college campuses?
I think, binge drinking is a period of social situation for to drown one's sorrows. If we think it is an activity, we can not mistake about this direction. It is sometimes defined as drinking alcohol solely for the purpose of intoxication. There are also non clinical definitions of what constitutes "binge drinking''.
Binge drinkers are not necessarily alcoholics, although many alcoholics are bingers. While it is known that different people or ethnic groups have different capacities for life. They can also meet for common aims. Therefore I think, college campuses are very comfortable and suitable environment. Because alcohol is speedily spread
among socio-economic level of youth. Other people consider such factors as social setting.
A college campuses student knows binge drinking is a prohibition. But binge drinking is widespread in many campuses. Because, I think, in this environment has got causes about speedily to become widespread. So, important from my point of view; many people want to live free and comfortable environment. According to me, this base is so wrong and preparing situation to bad results. College students use alcohol in a reckless and dangerous way. This puts pressure on campus and community officials to crackdown, but at the price of alienating many students and faculty, who will then ignore prevention messages. As far as I am concerned, we have never defined alcoholism in terms of how much people drink, but in terms of the drinking's impact on their real lives. Similarly, we need to define the campus alcohol problem in terms of consequences.
