Dear Friend,
Thanks so much for your patience, understanding and the
trust you placed in me recently when the e-zine list was
compromised by hackers. It brought me a whole new
perspective to my mantra about "what other people think of
you is none of your business." My first reaction when a
friend sent me an email asking me "why" I was sending out
porn spam was "how you could you think I would do such a
thing?"
Just another reminder that we're all human, and all
working toward healing. It also got me to thinking about
the focus of this issue: dealing with our expectations.
It's hard changing the way we think and feel about money
and the world around us (since everything is affected by
our relationship with money, in one form or another).
We've been disappointed so many times that it's easy to
*assume* we'll eventually get disappointed again. It's
also very hard to accept that we're the ones ultimately
responsible for whether or not we get disappointed --
and how we handle the disappointments that do appear in
our lives.
Thank you for allowing me to be of service to you this
Year and for trusting that I'm here to be of service,
helping you create the life you desire. And thank you
for working so hard to create your authentic life! I
see your coming year filled with growth and fulfilled
dreams (and a whole lot less spam!)
Peace, prosperity and wishes for a happy and healthy 2002,
Paula Langguth Ryan
