It articulates the amount of different forms of marijuana would be considered legal. The article also speaks about how similar ordinances have been passes in other cities in Ohio. It was helpful for my argument in getting the factual evidence of what the ballot is proposing. This source was different from the other sources because it focuses more on the facts than what the authors opinion on the situation is. This source will play a function in my paper as I will use the given facts about the ordinance and how it has been passed in other cities to strengthen my argument.

This source is about The Athens Cannabis Ordinance and how its petition received enough signatures for it to appear on the ballot. Helpful information was provided for my argument because it includes thoughts from people who are for the ordinance. This source was different from others because it includes insight from people other than the author. it will play a role in my paper as I go in depth about the ordinance and how it got put on the ballot.

It also explains how similar ordinances have been passed in cities, such as Toledo, and how it has affected the. This source is helpful for my argument because it has provided me information on how similar ordinances has affected other cities in Ohio. This source is different from the other sources because it does provide in depth detail about the ordinance in other cities. It will play a huge role in my argument as I compare how the ordinance has effected Toledo to how it would affect Athens.

This source is about how marijuana is a huge part of Ohio University culture. It speaks about how present it is throughout the university and it even includes a survey about it's use in Athens. This source was helpful for my argument because it provides insight on how student feel about marijuana use at the university.

It also speaks about how this ordinance has affected the University of Michigan, which is also located in a small college town. This source is helpful for my argument because it provides information on how it affected another college and how it will affect our college here. This source is different from other sources because it includes law enforcement and how it would effect how they do their job. This source will play a function in my paper when I point out how the ordinance would affect the jobs of law enforcement and how it would affect the university's code of conduct.

This source is about Ohio University Police Department and how the ordinance would not apply to them and how those convicted by them would still be fined with the same charges. This was helpful for my argument as I will try to draw the point that the ordinance would only effect Athens Police Department and not the university's. This source if different from the others because it focuses more upon how this ordinance would affect both sets of law enforcement we have here in Athens. This source will play a role in my paper as I describe how the ordinance correlates with the different branches of law enforcement.
