Without a doubt animal cruelty isn’t right. I believe that eliminating meat out of your diet is more suitable, and is a better choice.

Firstly, the benefits that come with becoming a vegetarian are outliving your peers. The Mediterranean eating pattern is a healthful way of eating, it prolongs life, and reduces risks of harmful diseases. Fortunately, vitamins found in vegetables are being consumed like Vitamins A, C , and Folate. Vitamin A can be found in carrots, pumpkins, and kale which may decrease the risks of various cancers. Vitamin C helps infections, and viruses stay away and can be found in broccoli, potatoes, and tomatoes. In addition, Folate helps the body produce new cells which are found in vegetables like spinach, black eyed peas, and asparagus.

Secondly, eating meat can cause life threatening diseases. BGH which is injected into cows is suspected to be the cause of breast, and colon cancer. Unfortunately, The consumption of meat can produce fat, and cholesterol buildup, which can cause atherosclerosis, and arteriosclerosis. Lastly, Animals suffer because of the cruelty. They are fed huge amounts of antibiotics so that they can grow bigger quickly. In fact, some farms feed cattles renders, which are ded grounded up cows. Sadly, these animals are being abused, and caged up. More than 25 billion animals are killed by the meat industry yearly. Just like humans animals have feelings, and don’t deserve to be slaughtered.
