Journal Entry

        Pierre Aronnax has been invited to go on expedition upon the USS Abraham Lincoln to search for a sea monster that supposedly had been attacking ships in the nearby waters, after searching for weeks they finally find the Beast and It totals their ship and Aronnax is thrown overboard along with his servant Conseil. Not long after their ship sinks, a vessel called the Nautilus captures them. They are put in the brig only to meet Ned Land and the mysterious Captain Nemo, these two men are different than average people because captain nemo is ahead of his time and enthusiastic about his beliefs of the ocean world, Ned Land is a skilled hunter and a brave man who is stuck in the nautilus for until Captain Nemo bring him back to land  

        Captain Nemo knew just about everything about Ned and Aronnax, even though they have not been around each other for even a day, and he explains that he lives his secret life under the sea and he will never return to land. Nemo allows the crew to wander the Nautilus but he will lock them up in the brig if he feels the need. Nemo informs the crew that he will be setting out on a voyage in the seven seas, he takes them to ship wrecks, they run into native cannibals, and Captain Nemo saves a Pearl diver from a killer shark, the crew loots sunken Spanish treasure ships. Nemo even brings Aronnax to Atlantis, then later plants a flag at the South Pole.  

After few more adventures, Nemo is attacked by an unknown ship off the coast of England. He retaliates by sinking the ship, he believes this was just because the people he destroyed had taken his family and his country. Not too long after the sinking of the unknown ship, the Nautilus drifts into the whirling Maelstrom. Meanwhile, Ned, Aronnax and Conseil jump ship and later find themselves stranded on a European island wondering, what happened to Captian Nemo and the Nautilus….
