Chбvez to be become spokesman of thousands of people and example to continue for many million. It was born March 31, 1927 near Yuma, Arizona. Its early experiences molded it and enraizaron firmly in a rich tradition mexicoestaounidense. Their subsequent life would do that be to opened to new influences that was going to utilize to join with people of many nationalities and different beliefs.
Had always a relation very sign with its family. They gave the name of its paternal grandfather, Cesario "Chayo" Chбvez, that arrived at the United States in the 19th century. The man had been a peasant in a rancho Mexican connected with the lands by means of a debt of day labor and he escaped to United States to be able to have a better life. The grandfathers of Caesar, Cesario and Dorotea, they lived in a colonization lands granting of more than 40 hectares (100 acres), in Arizona, with their fourteen children.
