Part B-Mexican Immigration
Imagine if you were in a place where political siege and a lot of working opportunities were not available .In this situation many Mexican immigrants came to the United States of America.
Today many Mexican Immigrants occupy a unique place in America's framework because of the rich and diverse culture. In my opinion Mexican Immigration shapes up a bias discussion in which government and the United States legal system would have to deal with. This is due to the illegal Mexican immigrants in the United States today.
Over a span of one hundred years Mexican American came to the United States for various reasons. One reason was religion .Religion in places like Mexico immigrants do not have the freedom to rejoice in the word of god.
Another reason why people migrated to the States is for a better way of life for their families. A typical example is my next door neighbor Eduardo and his wife who came to the States in 1945 because of war in their nation, a lack of food, education, and healthcare.
Unfortunately, Many Mexicans came to the States for various reasons. Some came from poor families and some came from rich plentiful families who were royalty. For example my teacher Ms.Guadalupe who strived for a good education. She was accepted in one of the nation's top Ivy League colleges because of a college entrance exam she took at her mothers teaching job. This was a goal for my teacher because in Mexico a few and chosen families were allowed an education.
Mexican immigration makes up a large percentage of the United States. To become a US citizen you must provide proper documentation. A birth certificate is also needed to ensure that you are who you say you are. A physical is also needed to ensure that you are not bringing in any foreign born diseases. With these documentations one is now able to fulfill the necessary requirements of the Naturalization process.
