Dear Mr. Anderson
I am having a Dell Insprion 530, which I had bought six month ago. A major problem has occurred to my computer and it has got exploded. I would like to have an entire computer replac, which I think is covered under the terms of my warranty.
The incident took place two weeks ago on March 17. On that day it was raining heavily along with lightening and I was working on the internet site http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yveXjFYoQ4g&feature=dir . The wires of computer system have sparked out due to short- circuit and my computer was turned of suddenly. Due to the spark, cables connecting computer devices like monitor, CPU, mouse, keyboard etc has burned out. Even the CPU has exploded and everything inside it has burned out. Nothing can be worst than this.
I had purchased the Dell Inspiron 530 on 15th Oct 2007 and I had truly enjoyed the features supported by Dell insprion 530.
