Conflict

Conflict is a disagreement among 2 or more people usually occurring from a difference in opinions it can manifest in the form of a simple disagreement all the way up to and including an all out war and stems from the inability to express their different incompatible or biased ideas and this usually results in conflict. When a failure occurs in group's critical thinking process occurs such as the failure to express feelings doubts and other emotions to other croup member's conflict occurs and the group's decision is flawed because one or more group members weren't forthcoming about how they felt about a particular topic. On the other hand conflict isn't nessicarily a bad thing it causes innovations to overcome obstacles, just take a look at the cold war some of Americas best innovations occurred during the race against the clock to beat the Russians and we would not have the level of comfort that we have today had it not been for all the wars that have occurred throughout humanities history. Taking a look at the group projects an observer can see that all the projects were designed to cause conflict and allow the group to overcome the conflict in the case of the projects a handicap was imposed such as not being able to look at the rest of the pictures or throwing the balloon with the marble and lastly having to draw something with hints alone all of these scenarios are the product of conflict in one way shape or form
