To some people the constitution is just some random piece of paper, to others it's a precious, valuable gift that has had an affect on an entire nation. To join in into the common goal of freedom, liberty and also the pursuit of happiness. The constitution was a document providing some details about how the United states government would be able to run itself. It explained the process of the Three branches, how they would connect with the states and how the document would be amended.Filling in the details left was for the job of the future leaders. The constitution was written in 1787. During the time of May 1787 and September 1787,a group of men called the framers talked about what was going to be on the Us constitution. There were 55 framers of the Constitution and some of them are George washington,James madison,Alexander hamilton and many more. The framers had many debates and arguments about what was going to be on the constitution. Many speeches were made and after a lot of thought and process, they finally decided what was going to be on the us constitution. The US Constitution formed a more perfect union through combining the skills that it has shown by strength, the quality or state of being strong. The constitution shows flexibility and strengths through Article 1 section 8, amendments and in Article section A1.
The constitution no doubt shows strength in it and a way it shows strength in it is in Article 1 section 8. In Article 1 Section 8 which it states “Gives congress power” also including “To establish and maintain an army,a navy.” (The Constitution) This shows strengths in multiple way because it is such a real world problem it is,if the U.S army falls, they would have the power to create a new army to protect the U.S . This is important because by giving congress power it is a way to protect the U.S. On the other hand. Another strength of the constitution is shown in Article 1 Section 5B. In article 1 Section 5B it states “Congress must have a minimum number of members present in order to meet.” (The constitution) This also shows strength because without it a state can put a infinite number of votes so they can have a win win. This is important because it sets a limit on what is going to happen and how the votes are going to be.
Ironically the constitution also shows flexibility. A way that (The U.S constitution) shows flexibility is in the Amendments. The founding fathers realized that if the government was going to last as long as it needed to and has long as they hoped to,it would need to be flexible. One way it way to accomplish this goal was to add the amendment process. Amendments are changes or additions to to a certain law. This shows flexibility in many ways because without it changes cannot be made to certain laws that may be unfair to the people. This is also important because time to time changes can be made.Furthermore another way the constitution shows Flexibility is The elastic clause. (The U.S constitution) The elastic clause was added by the founding father to the constitution. The clause only sets laws that are
