Ethics Awareness Inventory Analysis

When it comes to ethics I believe there are many opinions on what is right and what is
wrong and the right and wrong way to do things. According to my ethical awareness inventory
character was aligned highly with who I am. This would indicate that good people act according
to or in a good manner, and the least aligned ethical profile for me was equity. As indicated on
the awareness inventory , it is important to me the type of character a person has as well as my
own character, for me knowing that a person is what they say they are holds a lot of weight with
me. For instance, someone who is dependable and willing to follow the rules in any situation is
very important to me.
My least ethical profile aligned me with equity I'm not sure if I agree with this regarding
who I am because it is very important to me that all people are treated fairly. I believe that if
faced with this type of ethical decision I would choose to be fair. In my education
experience my ethical thinking has been affected by the fact that I have learned to not just think
that something is right to do it should be done but asking why is it the right thing to do is a
question that needs to be asked as well. Educationally it for instance it could be easy to download
answers or have someone else do your work, but it would be the unethical thing to do. My
conflict with or potential conflict with those who don't have a good character would result in me
becoming frustrated by the fact that this person and their decisions
