In “Contents of the Dead Man’s Pocket,” Tom Benecke the protagonist is put in a very difficult situation, and has to make a decision. I think the best choice for Tom is to chase after the yellow paper. Tom should chase the paper because he has worked on it very hard, and for a long time. If Tom got the paper it would open the path of many opportunities such as the thing he wants most. Finally people may say that chasing the paper is the wrong thing to do but there are many examples to prove why it is the best decision. This paper means a lot to Tom because it puts him in a place were he can move up in the company.

People may think that it would be unwise or wrong to chase after the paper. But the paper is very precious and important to Tom. Tom has put to much time and effort into the yellow paper to just let it fly away. One of Toms dreams is to move up in his company and the only way of doing that is with the yellow paper. If Tom decided not to fetch the paper then it would take him another two months to come up with the results, and his dream of moving up in the company would vanish. Many people could argue that going after the paper isn’t safe, but not very
