In order to monitor the progress of the marketing strategies we propose, we at The Hit Cafй have set up a series of indicators which will allow us to mark progress and let us know what is going well and what may need adjustment. It will allow our upper management to have greater information about what is going on and allow them to make educated, timely decisions that will benefit our profit intake. In order to do this, we have set up a system of controls that will allow us to mark our progress as a company.
We will have Bi-monthly reports on sales, what is being sold, the number of customers in the store and which hours of the day we have the most people. This will allow us to adjust the timing of special promotional events, as well as give us some information on whether or not our current promotional activities are working. Also, keeping track of our sales and what items we sell the most of will allow us to see what items our customers demand most so we can meet their needs and adjust advertising as needed.
In addition to this, we will also send feedback forms to those who make major purchases (1,000+ or more) and randomly to those who make smaller purchases. This will be entirely voluntary on the customer's part and allow us to get an idea of what we can do better as a business in order to increase our image, reputation, and sales. It will help us to spot issues with our customer service side of things and correct them before they become too big of a problem. It will also allow us to see what the sales floor 'front liners' so to speak are able to see at events, and they can give suggestions to help us.
