Running head: ETHICAL DECISION MAKING PAPER 2
The Ethical Awareness Inventory shows that giving good advice to others is a sign of being a good character. The Ethical Awareness Inventory provides that a person's character should be looked beyond one characteristic. The criminal justice is a system that seeks for the truth within an individual. The criminal justice system is a set of law that punish those that fail to follow the law. We are taught to learn right from wrong the criminal justice system is a system that is made to give people a second chance. I am not perfect, and neither are others and we make mistakes in life that need to be fixed as soon as possible. I believe in, not giving up on whatever a person set their minds to doing. In order for an individual to be a good person, he/she have to believe in what is right, motivate others to do what is right, and obey the laws that are presented in this world. It is very important that we follow the laws in this world if you are obedient to the system then you will not have had to undergo the criminal justice process. When you communicate and exchange ideas on the team, everyone is getting familiar with one another. Everyone will present a different idea from another teammate. Everyone will not always agree with others decisions. If everyone present valuable information to make the team successful, then the team will less likely to not worry. Everyone on the team has to believe in making the right choices and motivating others to feel comfortable with being on the team.
I enjoy gaining information from other people. We all learn something new every day. When everyone is exchanging information we all are gaining knowledge that can be presented later on in life We all learn different, but we can help each other succeed in providing useful information.
