Ð'* Avoid dairy, access salt, and access sweets.

6 Week Trial Diet:

Ð'* Substitute Dairy milk with goats milk, Soy milk, rice milk, or almond milk

Ð'* Limit Potato and try sweet potato

Ð'* Avoid Garlic

Ð'* Avoid Tomatoes & Tomato Sauce (when possible)**** Important****

Ð'* Limit Red Bell Peppers

Ð'* Limit Spinach

Ð'* Limit Beet Greens

Ð'* Limit Cranberry

Ð'* Limit Beef

Ð'* Avoid scallops

Ð'* Avoid all mucus forming foods ie: (All Dairy) Yogurt is the exception

Ð'* Try to limit or Avoid foods that are in the category of "night shade."

Ð'* Processed foods

Ð'* Fried foods

Increase water consumption (not just liquidsÐ'...pure water)

The goal here is to limit or avoid: Mucus forming foods, foods high in oxalic acid,

and Calcium (C+) inhibitors.

7 Day trial Diet Plan :

Ð'* Day 1

o Breakfast

 1 apple

 1 (Wheat cereal) with (soy, almond, rice, or goats) milk.

 1 boiled egg on 1 slice of whole wheat toast or roll with canola margarine

o Light meal

 125 ml grape juice

 Tuna salad made with 60 gram tuna, green salad, cucumber, celery and low fat salad dressing

 1 whole wheat bread roll with or w/o fruit jam

o Main meal

 120 gram skinless chicken

 125 ml sweet potato

 50 ml sauce of choice (limit tomato sauce)

 125 ml peas

 125 ml cooked carrots

Ð'* Day 2

o Breakfast

 200 ml orange juice

 180 ml bran flake breakfast cereal with alternative "milk"

 whole wheat toast

o Light meal

 1 apple

 salad

 1 bran muffin and jam

o Main meal

 120 gram beef strips stir-fried

 125 ml cooked pasta shells

 50 ml sweet 'n sour sauce (sauce of choice)

 125 ml mixed vegetable thinly sliced and stir-fried

 salad



Ð'* Day 3

o Breakfast

 1 banana

 180 ml breakfast cereal with alternative "milk"

 1 bran muffin or toast and fruit jam.

o Light meal

 125 ml orange juice

 Chicken pasta comprising of 60 gram chicken in a white sauce on 250 ml cooked pasta

 125 ml carrot and pineapple salad

o Main meal

 120 gram baked fish

 steamed broccoli

 125 ml peas

 Waldorf salad comprising of 1 grated apple, 20 gram celery, 30 gram seedless raisins, 50 gram chopped walnuts with 50 ml mayonnaise and 50 ml low fat fruit yogurt (or choice of salad)

Ð'* Day 4

o Breakfast

 200 ml juice

 125 ml cooked porridge (e.g. oats) or choice of cereal

 3 fish fingers on 1 slice whole wheat toast with canola margarine

o Light meal

 Ham and cheddar cheese sandwich comprising of 30 gram cheese and 30 gram ham on 2 slices whole wheat bread

 125 ml tossed salad comprising of 1 small tomato, cucumber and lettuce with low fat salad dressing

o Main meal

Baked beans

Whole wheat bread or rolls

fruit

Ð'* Day 5

o Breakfast

 200 ml orange juice

 120 ml Muesli with 175 ml low fat fruit yogurt

 1 scrambled
