Contention 1: Global Warming

C- Man made resources are in high production which is creating greenhouse gasses that are killing the ozone speeding up global warming.

W- We as a society need to cut back/restrict greenhouse gasses to slow down global warming.

Link back to value- Greenhouse gasses are incredibly bad for the environment and increasingly hurting us as a society in the long run.

I- If we are more conscientious about what we use this could greatly cut back on our green house gasses for example driving.

Contention 2: Natural Beauty

C- Since we are cutting into the forests to create farming land this is killing the natural beauty of the areas effected and pushing animals out of the natural habitat causing animals to become extinct.
