Subject: Dog care service needed
The Need
We are in desperate need of a new service; the service of an dog care facility in our building.
The reasons for needing this facility are as follows;
1) Many coworkers, including myself, are in need of dog care.
2) Due to long hours that we work we do not have the required time needed for the care of our dogs.
3) We can not, will not give up our dogs, they are part of the family. For some of us the only family we got.
Concerns
We are aware of the concerns you, and the other committee members may have. I have addressed a few here in this memo:
1) Allergies; the facility will have a closed ventilation system, there is no way for any pet dander or as such can reach the other floors and offices.
2) Safety; there will be close supervision for the dogs and there will not be any unnecessary interaction between the dogs and the people in the building.
3) Cost; the cost may be by hour, or by day, or by the month, depending on the needs of the owners. This facility will be most cost effective and self-reliant.
Services
Here are some of the services the facility will provide:
1) An on-site vet tech for low level veterinary services.
2) The dogs will be feed, exercised and groomed, with no extra fees.
3) There will be boarding available, for owners that go on vacation or out of town on business.
4) There are available web cams so the dog owners can see there dogs online.
Thank you
