There are over one billion smokers who often faced with burden of health and cost (OrganizationWorld, 1997). This is caused as smoke of cigarette damages several organ systems not only smokers but also second hand smokers (Boyel et al., 2004). Therefore, many numbers of smokers try to quit on their own, while smoking is one of a difficult addictions to break (Hughes et al., 2004). While some of smokers quit other try to find a chance to quit or reducing the risk of smoking through the electric cigarette which is battery powered electronic nicotine delivery device (ENDD) (Zezima, 2009). However, the problem of using electronic cigarette is still the gesture of smoking. With this reason, some of electronic cigarette users even more increase amount of smoking. For some people who cannot control themselves, electronic cigarette Bluetooth (E.B.) might be helpful. E.B. provides electric cigarette devices which contain Bluetooth module to offer smoking habits and other information to users through smart phone application. The Bluetooth module works when users press power button and it start to memories and report the habits of smoking by graph and numbers through smart phone application. Therefore, users can directly recognize their amount of smoking, how often they smoke in a day and month. In a result, E.B. users can figure their smoking habit themselves and it leads to control their smoking amount. As many people aware smoking is harmful, many smokers try to quit smoking but it is very hard to quit as they are addicted by nicotine. Therefore, E.B.’s popup will be sensational news to smokers and their family. Second-hand smoking also does not need to be issues as E.B. does not have harmful toxic compare with cigarettes. When people smoke cigarette, the smoke contains many harmful components in it. In E.B.’s case, it only contains redolence and nicotine. Therefore, for smokers and second-hand smokers, E.B. is great replacement of cigarette.
