Exercise
All people need to exercise. It has been proven that exercising daily has many positive effects on a person. People who have health problems could have prevented them by simply exercising. People who have overweight problems could have lost weight by exercising. Everyone from athletes to the average people should work out. Exercise has giving me positive physical, mental, and emotional effect. It also has improved my shape, health and mental functioning. In other words, exercise has been considered the best medicine for the body.
The best way for me or any person to prevent a heart attack is to exercise daily. To keep lower cholesterol levels, exercise is one of the best medicines. It is also imperative in preventing heart disease, high blood pressure, and diabetes. In other words, it is a great way to stay healthier. However, if a person wants to experience the benefits from exercise, the general guideline for health based exercise is a minimum of 30 minutes per day, of moderate exercise during five or six days of the week.
Every time I get the flu, exercise makes my immune system stronger so it is easier to fight the virus; also it increases my levels of calcium, so my bones get stronger. It increases my endorphins levels, so my mood gets better, my mind gets clear, and my depression goes away. For example, Aerobic exercise improves my mental vigor, and even enhances my creativity and imagination. Weight lost and increased of muscle tone gives me a boost of self-esteem and energy. In the long term, exercise may even increase my mental wellbeing without worrying about taking any pills or having any psychotherapy at all.
To stay trim, exercising is very important. It will help a person to keep those four or five unwanted pounds off, especially during the holiday season. For me, being in shape during Christmas time or holidays is almost impossible. That is why through the whole year, I try to exercise as much as I can. One of the reasons why I enjoy so much working out, jogging, cycling or weight lifting; is due to the results that I've seen reflected on my body and mind. My shape gets better every time I worked out; my arms get stronger, my legs get tide, and I just love the feeling of being in shape.
