Complaints against Expressio Pizza:
As a Public Relations Advisor of a pizza restaurant chain, Expressio Pizza, I consider it my responsibility to look over the performances of the different outlets of this restaurant. What I also try to figure out is that how well this pizza place is getting along with its customer, how much love and dedication these employees are putting into their work and services in order to get their customers coming back to them next week over the ample other similar pizza restaurants in the neighborhood.
Recently as I was going through the customer feedbacks of our restaurant online, I found it utterly unpleasant and disgraceful to come across some of the comments the customers left with in different review sites like Trip Advisor, about their uncongenial experiences at our restaurant’s Lewisham branch. As a part of my job responsibility I seem it appropriate to inform you about the irregularities because if strict measures are not taken right away, it won’t take too long before our brand image gets tarnished and we lose our customers to our rivals.
