My personal opinion is that the partners should take some sort of action right away, instead of "sit tight and ride out the storm," as Brad suggested to everyone. All the partners need to get together and assure Brad what his responsibilities are and that he completely understands them. The partners should let Brad know that the results of his actions have not satisfied what they were looking for. Instead of staying quiet and sitting back, someone needs to speak out and voice their opinion and let Brad know that his domineering leadership characteristics are not maximizing the company's potential. Once again, the partners have to let Brad know that before he starts to implement all these various changes he has in mind, he should consult with them before he starts using them. If Brad received majority of the votes, than it would be okay to start using the new changes. Brad also needs to learn that the employees' opinions matter and he needs to be able to accept suggestions and listen to his employees. As for the weekly staff meetings, the employee's need to be involved on how the meetings are being ran. All of the employees should have equal opportunity to make suggestions of their own. I believe the meetings should be extended for another 20-30 minutes. Brad should be given limits on how much money is allowed to be donated so they don't go over the company's budget. The partners should require the executive summary report to be turned in more than a year, maybe every quarter. If the executive summary was turned in every quarter the partners now can tell Brad what they did and didn't from that quarter so Brad can implement those suggestions. This could help avoid the huge donations totaling $25,000 in less than six months, and assure it does not happen again, if the partners agree and wish to it.
