It was really an important issue to the company growth. I think Silvio is a right choice for General Manager of Schindle's Indian operations because they were reviewing long-term strategy of Schindle, and they really need a right person to be a pioneer. Second, Silvio graduated from MBA program of Harvard Business School, so he might have a lot of useful knowledge to operate Indian subsidiary. In addition, he had been working in Schindler for many years, so he might be very familiar with most things of this company. The last one is his attitude; he is a very aggressive and hard-working people. As a result, I think he is the right choice to be the candidate who might be sent to India.

If I were Silvio, I would like to take and accept this assignment. The reasons why I was willing to go to India and take this assignment because I was taking over the research which was develop new subsidiary in India, such as market size, legal environment, and competitive situation; as a result, I probably realize the place more than others. In addition, I think if my manager wanted to send me to open a new company in unfamiliar country, it means they trust in me very much, so I will do my best and accept the task. I would do what they want me to achieve, and try to don't make them disappointed to me. Plus, it is a very important that I could use my experiences which was learned from headquarter to make my company which I am working for stronger and bigger, it is a very proud thing for me.

For the reasons above, I think I would accept this assignment.
