I've always asked myself, why do people always use the stereotype goth , ya know the one that always says something about hell and damning the world to an eternity of suffering in hell. It's very annoying to me and my friends, just because we're goth doesn't mean we hate the world, it just means we serve someone besides "god". Goth isn't about hating things or grief, and its true goths like to stay to themselves and they hate god. I mean take me for instance, my girls parents are both christian preachers, I still love her though, and she loves me despite my piercings and tattoos. We hate the world not because of who we are, but because of believers in god trying to condem our ways. We're know for smoking and playing heavy metal, I swear if you saw things in our eyes, how messed up our lifes have been, you'll leave us alone. We gave up faith in something that was never there to begin with, we supposrt evolution, we DON'T go into demonic trances (though i have once before), we have messed up lives, we could care less about society since they always try to bring us down. We jujst want to be left alone, we don't want the ignorance of christians and catholics or whatever other kind o christianity there is, we want to live our lives. This is the words of the Goths of my town. All we have to say is "LIVE with it".
