Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban
This novel took place in harrys third year of Hagwarts school. Harry had grown up a lot
since his first year becoming more mature and confident in his magic skill..
This time a suspected murderer by the name of Sirius Black has escaped from the wizard prison of Azkaban. He is suspected of escaping and heading to Hogwarts to kill Potter. Because of this, the guards of Azkaban come to Hogwarts. They are known as Dementors and when around one, they take away you happy feelings and can lead you to death.
Also this year there is a new Defense Against the Dark Arts teacher and looks to fit the job unlike all the teachers before. Hagrid, a good friend of Harry and his friends, is also teacher. So once again Harry Potter and his best friends, are in another adventure. Hermione is a very smart girl who spends most of her time studying. Ron is silly and misunderstood also the youngest male of his family, so everything he owns has been handed down from brothers down to him.
Mean-while at Hogwarts, everyone suspects that Sirius is at the castle and evidence is showing up that begins to prove it. From the slashing of pictures to Ron actually seeing Sirius with a knife. Once again the trio decide to figure out what is going on. This leads to many happenings. In the end the mystery is solved and once again the end is unpredictable.
All in all I thought it was a good book very original and entertating. Well written
characters with very complex plot that keeps you on the edge. The mystry in it is great, me trying to figure out the end the whole way through till the conclusion. There were somethings not good about the book though. It was some what childish not realistic of an actaul human being facing these experiences. Although it is just fantisy.
