High School Winter ball

Year 2005 Senior year of Citaly at Pomona High School. That year Citlaly had promised herself she would go to all the dances at school. It was January and time for winter ball. All over school you would hear that certain guys asked girls to go to these dance. Everyone would talk about the great night. Girls would talk about their dresses, make up, and their hair dos. The theme of the dance was "Picture Perfect" and every one wanted to look their best for this night.

Citlaly and all of her friends were all going to this dance. They all had their dates, and ready for the big night. What seemed to be such a wonderful night had a big turn. This grouped of friends consisted of five couples and a girl who had no date. Jimmy Citlalys date picked her up at 7:00pm. They arrived at Almansor court at around 7:30pm all of their friends awaited their arrival. All the friends took pictures before going in, and complimented each other of they way they looked. The friends sat together at the same table they ate and laughed and had a good time.

Finally the part of the night every one was waiting for came. The music started and the dance floor began to fill up quickly. Every one went to dance. After dancing for a while Citlaly's feet began to hurt so she went to sit down. Her date stayed dancing with other girls. Denise who didn't have a date was sitting by herself at a table, so Citlaly went to sit next to her to make her company. After sitting down for a while Citlaly's best friends comes running to the table and says she needs to talk to her. She told Citlaly that her sister and her date had kissed while she was sitting down. Citlaly couldn't believe that one of her closes friends almost sister could of kissed her date, when she had gone with another guy. During the rest of the night everyone would come and ask Citlaly what had happened. Rumors started that her friend had taken her date. She was asked all kinds f questions. Now all she wanted to do was leave that place. She couldn't believe that friend that close to her would do something like that. After this Judy started acting different around Citlaly.
