According to Honeywell Corporation, teams should always have a more positive work climate to achieve success (Luy, 2001). The Positive Influence Skill Program in Honeywell Corporation is designed to help people improve or enhance their ability to get work accomplished through others, and at the same time maintain positive working relationships. This Program is based on the "Push/Pull/Move away"(David Berlew & Richard Harrison, 2001) model influential communication developed. A self evaluation form is used to help team members think about the influential effects they have on others, however, the objective of the development of working in a positive work environment is to recognize and demonstrate a variety of communication skills, result in positive influence in work relationships as well as practice applying influential communication skills to improve individual and team effectiveness on real workplace challenges. In Honeywell Corporation, all teams must work on program that influences team members to work with others to achieve the ultimate goal of success. A positive teamwork environment is accomplished if a program is set in all teams. As a member of a learning team, I have tried to communicate to best of my knowledge to my team members to make a more positive environment to work in. A positive teamwork environment is crucial for the motivation of a team and it helps the team complete all assignments. A positive teamwork environment helps raise team self-esteem, and create positive attitudes, which will result in increased productivity.
According to Nancy Flowers, the impact of teaming is the way a group works, becoming more effective is the way it communicates with each other in the group so as to have a better understanding of how the goal has to be achieved and to reduce the amount of tasks that each one needs to have to accomplish. For a product to have a good quality, the group of people in the team needs to have the same goal in mind, and have their task well organized, for them to fulfill a good quality product, and the more important thing is to work like a team. This factor is very important in the workplace to increase the productivity of a company's organization. Some companies are taking these kinds of examples to increase productivity, the quality of the product, and the morale of the employers for them to be more productive and to provide a happier work environment and the happier they are, the more productivity
