Similar with Zhu have done which changes slowly and have improvement from start business kebab, garment trading, running restaurants, foot massage shop until which have 400 plus franchises name under brand Liangzi and last change to Liangzi Health and Fitness.
Firstly Zhu have planning to make improvement from franchises to control by his own. He reduces the number of shop franchise and to make sure give better service and more efficiently run. Besides that, Zhu has change company name and logo to make sure standardize with otherbranches. Zhu facing major problem in his business such thousand fake Liangzi parlors that were being run by rival companies and weak copyright laws in China. Zhu have make decision to expanding his business not focusing for local but include with internatioanally such Korea, Turkey. Zhu have big plan which within five years he estimates will have 30 massage shops overseas. Furthermore Zhu sponsors the school fees of some 300 rural children.
Secondly organizing which release the franchise and employee which set up a new headquaters on the outskirts of Beijing. Then he change back to the roots of the company.
Thirdly is leadership by Zhu form task oriented change to relationship oriented. His only focusing to achieve higher profit. The worries that plagued the industry as a whole all existed in the franchises. Zhu had basically lost control of the business and this was a move to clean it up.
Lastly is controlling. Zhu have provide training for staff and focuses on employee hapiness and the trust of the customers. He also pays higher salaries so employees give better service and reamin loyal to his company. A part on that, they can also support their families and better quality of life.
