        Human rights refer to one's basic privilege entitled to someone life since born until death such that he/she should be born free and equally without discrimination and should be able to utilize all sort of freedom like food shelter clothing security, and another sort of freedom and choices in accordance to human right international law. It can also be defined as basic rights and freedoms where by all humans are considered to have the right to life, fair trial, liberty equality, slavery, freedom of expression and freedom from tortures (Stoklosa et al 2015).

         Human rights are a social problem in the society due to various factors such as the human right of democracy, racism, and discrimination. For example, racial groups in the social cause hatred to the opponents hence conflict, war, and economic downtowns. Besides some crisis such as insecurity arises due to lack of adequately basic needs causing torture a horror to society resident due to lack of human right. Inequality human right especially gender equality discriminate women rights were most of the situations favors men against women due to poor mentality (van Ham & Chappell 2017). However other human rights such as lack of educational causes increase of poverty to the society and lack of good healthy   environments cause loss of life or diseases calamities to the society  

         Those who are vulnerable to their rights violation are protected by human rights instruments. We have those particular groups that are vulnerable and weak or have traditionally been victimized of violation and consequently reacquire special protection for the equal and effective enjoyment of their human rights (van Ham & Chappell 2017). Such discriminated groups reacquire additional guarantee protection by human rights instruments are women and girls, children, disable, refugees and among other groups. The state extends special protection measures to them to ensure some degrees of considerations, especially severe resource constraints.

         According to the government, human rights legislation has been proposed as an option for addressing economic and social equality. However, it is possible to recommend and conclude that social and economic rights should be expressly incorporated into state, federal and provincial human right legislation. The major problem to deal with is through government eradicating the poverty to all people especially providing basic factors such as food shelter and clothing to the poor resident or by offering subsidized want to them. Besides laws such as freedom of expression, right of equality to all residents should be approved and broadly approved and other human right requirements (Stoklosa et al 2015).
