The business world is getting more challenging in terms of competition either in product or service line. With this condition, the company is always thinking how to make their product or service different from their competitors, such as providing extra value to customers, giving away free gift or maybe differentiate on packaging.

But in this report, we are introducing something different, something new and very unique product for Singapore market. The product is Sand Painting. This product comes from Vietnam and as its name, it is made from sands. Sand Painting is very famous in Vietnam, and the idea starts from Y Lan visited her husband's relatives in his hometown. This sand painting is 100% made from natural coloured sands and the colours are never discoloured, it will still remain the same.

Due to the uniqueness of this idea and become fantastic product, Y Lan received numbers of achievements and awards, such as Certificate of Merit from HCMC's Red Cross Association, HCMC Party Committee Secretary, Ministry of Culture and Information, etc.

With this product, we believe Singapore will be the right market to be the first market to launch this Sand Painting overseas. It is because Singapore has multi cultural races and we target those who understand and willing to buy our product (YLan, 2007).
