For now, I think the most usable phone is iPhone. Basically, the iPhone is a touchscreen phone, with the capabilities of an iPod, running OSX, with built-in WiFi (802.11b/g) and Bluetooth 2.0, as well as a 2.0-megapixel camera. It’s 11.6 millimeters thin, it has an 8GB storage capacity (unknown right now if that's expandable) and it recognizes unintentional input. The device is a 2.5G quad band GSM and EDGE mobile phone. iPhone supports push e-mail, mobile telephone, text messaging, Safari web browsing and other wireless information services. It also features a widget engine, although it is not clear how significantly different this is from the Mac OS X Dashboard. And I will justify it with Nielsen’s Heuristics.
Visibility of system status
IPhone is a 2.5G quad band GSM and EDGE mobile phone so the processing speed of it is very fast. It can give very fast feedback to the users for example: when people turn around or touch on screen, they will see how fast the feedback of the screen is.
Match between system and the real world
IPhone uses easy words for users to understand. Users won’t find the words to hard to understand.
User control and freedom
Users can easily control the phone. For example, in some iPhone’s videos, they do the trick like drinking coke, play game. Those examples show that the phone is easy to use and users can use it freely without any difficulties.
Consistency and standards
Every function or task of the iPhone has it own way to work and it is not duplicated to make users confused.
Error prevention
The phone seems to work well unless users want to break it or unlock it by their selves.
Recognition rather than recall
On the face of the phone, it has the perfect gadget for a business traveller, rolling a mobile phone, a music player and portable internet browser into a sleek handy package. It means almost every function appear on the 1st screen.
