The killing of Caesar is a just murder . The Tragedy of Julius Caesar, by William Shakespeare, is a good example of a just murder. The murder of Julius Caesar is just since it protected Caesar from being corrupt and protected Rome from a tyrant ruler.
In the play The Tragedy of Julius Caesar, by William Shakespeare, Brutus murdered Caesar so that Caesar would not change Rom. Brutus was scared of Caesar becoming king. For example, Brutus states Ð''Ð''I do fear the people Choose Caesar for their king". (p.252) What Brutus meant by this passage is that if Caesar became king he would be afraid of Caesar being king. Like all kings become corrupt and become tyrants. Brutus thought that Caesar would have been a good king for Rome. This makes Brutus worry for the well being of Rome.
Brutus joined the other conspirator's to protect Rome from the tyrant that Caesar would become. Brutus murdered Caesar for the sake of Rome not out of jealousy but of love for hes country. For example, Brutus tells Cassius "That you do love me, I am nothing jealous; what you work me to, I have some aim." (p.254) What Brutus means is that he is not doing it out of jealousy but for Rome.
