The keys to my success are:

1. Discipline. I follow a daily, weekly and monthly discipline that allows me to accomplish much more than an ordinary person.

2. Focus on Outcomes, or Objectives. I set my daily required outcomes for tomorrow at the end of the work day, about 5:15pm, every day. I read them to myself, and review them again before I go to bed. My mind works on them overnight. I review them again upon waking.

3. Follow through, or keeping promises.

I awaken at 5:10 am every morning, and get out of bed by 5:15. I quickly dress and work through my morning routine of kitty care. While I drink a bottle of water, I review my desired outcomes for the day and the week, and on Sunday mornings, I review my plan for my life. I enjoy having this quiet time in the morning. When I come back, I may spend 15 or 20 minutes in the garden, if warranted, and then I go in and have breakfast.

During my work day, I allocate time to important activities that support my desired outcomes. My day consists of regular time for checking email, posting and applying for jobs, doing telephone follow-up on jobs, doing sales work for Sales Builder, and keeping in touch with my network. I also make time for volunteer work, with Recording for the Blind and Dyslexic.

Near the end of my workday, at about 5:15 pm, I set my daily required outcomes for tomorrow. At this time, I also review tomorrow's calendar, and confirm appointments for the day after tomorrow. At this time I also plan the next day's lunch and dinner menus. Once home from work, I do any prep necessary for tomorrow, while fixing today's dinner.

I have a lot of focus. When I am working on something, I get into it deeply, and I get into the winning zone with it. My ideas, thoughts and words flow freely. At the same time, in a different part of my mind, I stay aware of the time, and keep punctual, being considerate of others' time.

I am very organized, and can always find the document or thought I want.

I am a vegan,
