The healthcare organization today have change a lot over the years and changes is still taken place today with all aspect in the healthcare system.  Focusing on the changes I would have in my organization both medical and nonmedical staff and employees, the board of directors, patients, and so on would start with Kotter’s 8 steps of change that focuses on creating a vision of the overall organization and its support in change throughout.  Then I would form a powerful coalition and hire the employees that are educated, skilled, and quality driven for the work they do and any change that can be done.  As this is not a one man change Empowering others to act on the vision as a team in the organization, as for management or directors may go Communicating the Vision to the staff member or people that is helping with the change is important in order get the job done. The organization improving in the change and producing still more change to do excellent in the healthcare organization.  Learning new things is always awkward and hiring temporary help is necessary for certain companies due to constant overtime or just the lack of workers in order to get the tasks done.  Some employees are motivated, while other is not.  They need to be convinced that they are an asset to you and the company.  This will teach them to embrace change, having different ideas and other solutions to look forward to.  Upper management needs to find better ways of creating realistic visions for their employees for everything to flow smoothly. Having some type of recognition parties, awards to show that they are appreciated, small bonus for the work done throughout the year, quarter, whatever suites the company budget.  The vision created must be something that is easy to buy into symbolizing an all-around theme.
