As this is not a one man change Empowering others to act on the vision as a team in the organization, as for management or directors may go Communicating the Vision to the staff member or people that is helping with the change is important in order get the job done. The organization improving in the change and producing still more change to do excellent in the healthcare organization. Learning new things is always awkward and hiring temporary help is necessary for certain companies due to constant overtime or just the lack of workers in order to get the tasks done. Some employees are motivated, while other is not. They need to be convinced that they are an asset to you and the company. This will teach them to embrace change, having different ideas and other solutions to look forward to. Upper management needs to find better ways of creating realistic visions for their employees for everything to flow smoothly.
