Kudler Fine Foods would like a system developed to track customer purchases through a Frequent Shopper Program. This program will be used to award loyalty points for redemption. The objective of Kudler Fine Foods is to track purchases of individual customers. The purchases are to be accumulated and tracked as loyalty points for redemption by the customer for specialty foods, gift items, and other products or services made available through partnerships with other external companies. To help Kudler Fine Foods achieve their goal of implementing a Frequent Shopper Program, we will follow four phases. Phase 1 is to define the project scope and any stakeholders that should be involved. Phase 2 is the determination of requirements, list of requirements, projected system process view, and reasonable system model. Phase 3 involves the sample design model, detailed design process and specifications, and physical system model. Phase 4 deals with summaries of the testing and installation process, training, documentation, maintenance and support plans. Phase 1 mentioned project scope. This will allow time to test it out to ensure everything works as it should. The first step in accomplishing this request would be to narrow down the key stakeholders in Kudler Fine Foods to gather requirements from. Below is a list of the key stakeholders we believe we should interview for the new system requirements:
Kathy Kudler, President of Kudler Fine Foods. Interviewing Ms. Kudler will give us greater insight into her vision for the Frequent Shopper Program. This interview will also give her the opportunity to further elaborate on what she would like to see in the new system.
All three Store Managers. Interviewing the store managers would give us insight into how their store operates and provide us input as to what they believe should be incorporated into the system.
Yvonne Reynolds, Dir. Store Operations. Interviewing Ms. Reynolds would give us insight as to how their inventory is managed and their purchases are tracked. This will help us determine if we can incorporate
