Lacking proper leadership, society will be in a disarray and get nothing accomplished therefore, it is important that we have excellent leadership in society, school and business worlds. To me, leadership is an authority possessed by an individual that naturally leads a person or a group of people and not care on what others may ponder or say. With this feature, it is easily for someone to lead a person or group of people the way it should be lead, without the anxiety of contrary reaction.

A true account of a person exhibiting leadership and service will have to be my CFO at work. Since we are getting ready for 2017-2018 school year budgets we have one leader that is trying to do some strange things with her budget to get her budget to balance before we leave for summer break. This leader is trying to justify why she should pay our school operations manager a salary that is not inline to what we pay our other school operations manager. She have tried to take teacher, guidance counselor duties and give them to the school operations manager which have nothing to do with operating the school. The CFO stepped in and explained to the leader what she was during was unacceptable and that she had to rework her budget for 2017-2018 school year.
My inclusive learning about leadership and serving, is to continuously trust myself. I have to put all the material gathered and come up with a reasonably solution. For instance as a leader I need to stay conscious of the reality around me and be noble. Recognizing that every decision that I make has rewards and consequences. As a leader, I knowingly know that I need to act thoughtfully, and I should stay firm and to trust in decisions as a leader. My main goal is to lead and serve others to the best of my abilities.
