PERSONAL THINKING STYLES
Human Synergistic International's Life style Inventory survey has provided me a huge amount of information on my personality showing my thinking and behavior style. The results have provided me a clear picture so I can focus on my personal development goals that I can use for my development as a manager and as a leader.
LSI Survey result has shown that my primary thinking style is more "Self-Actualizing". I agreed with that analysis completely. The reason is that I never try to compare myself with others in any case. I always see myself as a competitor with my own counterparts. By doing this, I always try to improve myself in my week areas and move further to achieve what I want to. I always seek to achieve the success and I understand that the journey has no end point.
The circumplex shows that my backup thinking styles are " Power", "Conventional" and "Affiliative". I strongly agree with these results. On the other side, I am working under my manager and higher authorities, So I always try to do the things on time as per the rules and regulations. During my work, I always do the things carefully and I understand my responsibilities very well.
