Our special thanks to Professor V. Ranganathan for introducing us to the various aspects of Managerial Economics. We tried to incorporate the elements of our learning from Campus and Interactive sessions on our own approach of working as a team and exploring competencies of each individual member. This project has been a great learning experience for us and we would be glad to extend the learning process by welcoming criticism and suggestions on our work.

Our major finding includes that Maggi has a strong market base which is spread strategically in all the market segments. Also we see there are a lot of emerging competition to the market share and how it has and will continue to tackle these competitions. Additionally we see the Maggi's life cycle, along with an understanding of a monopolistic market.
In conclusion, this study shows Maggi has a strong market share. Maggi in the light of all the competition, is constantly innovating new products so as to dominate the market. Unlike other companies, Maggi has its base under all the segments, thus targeting a wide range of consumers.
