Marketing Audit Approach
A marketing audit is a comprehensive, systematic, independent, and periodic examination of a company's -- or business unit's -- marketing environment, objectives, strategies, and activities with a view to determining problem areas and opportunities and recommending a plan of action to improve the company's marketing performance.
Executive Summary
1. The data I plan to use and review for the executive summary is 10K report, fiscal 2004 annual report and articles retrieved from Pro Quest.
2. The type of analysis I will perform on the data depends on the information obtained and in the environmental and marketing aspects selected.
3. I am planning to prepare a brain storming summary on week 2 and a final summary on week 4.
4. The challenge I perceived in completing this part is to include the right information that fully supports my conclusions.

3. This is one of the main components of the marketing audit. Therefore, I am going to work in the environmental aspects in week 2 and 3.
4. The challenge that I perceive in completing this part is to give a full analysis and interpretation of the company's financial situation.
