In order to complete our marketing implementation, we have target our messages and advertisements effectively and precisely which means that we don’t have to keep our money for advertising, we have to spend as much as possible which will help us to develop our business, because some factors that advertising in Facebook is not so expensive, and making pages which can become main informational portal of company, as well as sharing that page, and inviting people to like that page, but it can show some threatens like customers can leave negative comment or reviews which might change other new customers future decision about our restaurant. In the beginning of the business I think we have to spend half of our profit on advertisement, additionally we can also establish post cards which can really helpful for restaurant because of issue that Seoul is very big city, we have to be very clear with our address and contact number, it may seems like old-style but it shows to customers how we treat their values with starting of post-cards, with post-cards they can easily find place of restaurant as well as for tourists if they visit our restaurant one time and they can go to their home country and suggest to others with our post cards. Customer value is one of the most important specific cases in restaurant business, in order to satisfy customer value, we need to be initiative on customer needs, what they want, place, VIP customers. Making discount days like in weekends 1+1 beer or any drink in order to get customers customer trust, as well as making discount coupons in holiday season for example: If one of customers will come with their family members in holiday season there will be a discount 50% for whole family. In addition we can also provide our V.I.P customers with their usual place (reservation) serving them their most liked drink in discounts, Furthermore we will establish “Birthday cake” events: for customer who is having birthday and celebrating it in our restaurant we will provide FREE birthday cakes, we are sure that above given factors will increase our customers up to 10% and we will get enough confident from our customers without spending too much money. We will also use strategy which will let us domination in social media marketing: video marketing, social, mobile apps of our restaurant and menu, Google analytics. Mobile coupons can help us more efficient that ordinary coupons, the reasons is customer has  to  keep their coupons in their pocket but in mobile coupons they don’t keep them and there is no risk to lost their coupons, as well as in mobile apps which will be free download  in App store and Play store. This mobile apps will provide every basic information which customers usually need and looking for like (menu, prices, nearby branches and etc.) Google analytics help us to show our restaurants reputation for example if I am planning to go some restaurant I am always searching through internet checking reviews of the restaurant and comments on that restaurant. Of course management one of the basic keys of business, management has to be careful with their decision. Employment involvement process which is really helps in difficult situations: lack of ideas, less customers. In that case with involving employees we can get some new ideas in order to make new recipe or change it which may become bestselling, employee also can invite their relatives to visit our restaurant it also helps when our restaurant feels lack of customers. In order to get more success after completing above given tasks we can think about to make our restaurant in new step: Brand. We are going to produce Caps, t-shirts, pens and things can be given as a gift. We will make our dress code from our brand t-shirts on our employees and caps in order to step up with level and when customers visit our restaurant it will make customers interest and they will start to buy it with cheap prices for starting of course in order to attract more customers. If branding and merchandising goes well we can start research in abroad, there some barriers in marketing research also which are: cultural, religious, timing and etc. We have to be very carefully on each part of barriers because every part has their value. If taste of our meal will not be satisfied in abroad market it means we did not worked well on our marketing research. We have to be very careful before entering to international market, if marketing research takes 1 year we have to wait for exact facts. While having branches through the Seoul, we have also to provide delivering system it’s not secret that Seoul is very big city, by using our mobile apps will be able to make an order, and get their food without going outside with transferring money to our account numbers, of course transferring money through internet may be risky but we will establish personal sign-ups for each customers in order to be safe with both sides. To sum up, what can we tell there are many creative ways in order to develop our business, but we have to use our slogan “Spend less, get more:” for marketing implementation as matter of fact that we are just starting business, First of all we have to pay attention for customer value mostly because it doesn’t need more resources, financial funds and focused on customer themselves.
