McBride Financial Services will be looking at targeting a new market of people to help out with its financial services. We will be exploring new techniques and new ways to advertise to make sure that all persons who are ready to take their financial independence in their own hands, and be able to buy a new home that they can be proud of. 

McBride Financial Services is a company that is in the business of low cost mortgage service. This company specializes in FHA and VA for home purchase or refinancing. They are based in Boise Idaho, but plans to extend it services into several more locations. They are expanding to Wyoming, Montana, north and South Dakota. The people that McBride serves are professional people who would like to purchase a new or second home. They also serve retiring persons who would like to by a first or second home. If families or individuals would like to purchase recreational property they will also benefit from McBride's services. After credits have been approved McBride's offers credit reporting, home inspection, appraisal, and the lowest mortgage rate as possible.

The McBride Company seems to have the right idea, but the only people who can use them are the rich and maybe famous. We need to go into the office and revamp the plan to make it friendly for the people who may be looking for a new location to live but can't afford the fifteen hundred dollars to get to be part of the end result of this company. To take this company from here to there we need to make sure that everyone understands that the employee's are there to help all persons not just the rich. In order to do this there needs to be a new line of advertisements. The internet is a way to start. Here all people who are looking to purchase a new home will see the ad and call to see what has to be done to qualify for the services. Then there is e-mail if all is in the technology age, then email will work also. To target all people that will benefit from the services of McBride services, they need to be willing to help everyone not just the people that have the money, they need to branch out and be willing to find loans for lower income people who are trying to make a better life for their families.
