My Favorite Vacation
I had a wonderful time at the Kalahari resort in Wisconsin Dells when I went there for vacation in 2001.
It was on my mom’s birthday when we went there, son that was nice for her. We stayed for three days, and got home at six o’clock p.m. on the third day.
The reason that this vacation was so fun was probably the first vacation that my brother was not annoying me. That and just all the stuff that there was to do there were the main reasons. They had good water slides, good arcade games, and their own miniature golf course. This vacation was different from all the other ones because I brought my own video games since I knew that my mom and dad would go to a lot of bars and play pool while I stayed in the room. Luckily, my dad never found out about me doing that.
I was nicer on this vacation because of what I did for my mom. Even though I had already gotten her something for her birthday, I thought of something else that I could do to make her happier. When I went to the arcade, I looked at the prizes first to see how many games I needed to do to get whatever. So while I was looking around, I saw a five piece candle set that I could get for my mom instead of getting myself something like I usually do. I thought of getting her that because I know how much she likes candles, especially scented ones.
There are just so many things to do at Wisconsin dells. We went to the wax museum, chocolate shop, and my favorite, the Wisconsin ducks ride. There were so many other things we thought of doing, but we only had 3 days to be there, so we thought we would save it for another vacation.
That was my favorite vacation, the first time I went to Wisconsin. The other times I went there were still fun, but I knew what to expect since I had already bent her before.
