My First Interview - Personal Essay

I would like to talk about my first job interview at 2012. Almost like everybody I was nervous as the first time. It was straight interview with the company’s owner. I was not expecting to talk to the owner, I thought I would talk to the manager. However, I felt about this situation as effective, because this way I have built a relationship with the owner. so, it was a good step to meet the owner straight. Anyway, I was not expecting some of the question like “have you ever been in jail?” “have you ever get driver license suspended?” However, after replaying to his question, he was smiling due to impressing him of what my replay. Now the mistake that I have made, was telling the owner that; if I felt tired I would not come to work, I would like to get that day off. He did respond with “I do respect your replay and I appreciate your honestly” Finally last part was that I got accepted to start working there. Now, I am the manager. I like what I do, I love my job.

I do like your idea of getting a lot of information about that company you applying for. I usually read about it, ask someone about it, that is all I do. But now after reading your replay, I was like that is a good idea to search about the company see if there is some sexual harasses, or if they treat their employee well, this king of things I never thought about before. Thanks for our ideas.
