For our purposes, it is imperative that we minimize (1) the time spent waiting and (2) the likelihood that there is a queue. In our opinion, the best way to mitigate the risk of these factors is to provide an environment that does not have high turnover and absenteeism. From the reading, both of these symptoms are caused by an environments that do not offer the employee frequent breaks both during the day and at intervals in a seven day period. More simply put...if employees burn out, they will get apathetic and customer service will suffer. Poor service leads to a dissatisfied customer...which is a land we will not travel in. onfigurations 3 and 4 do not provide adequate breaks for the workers, leaving them overworked and fatigued, which could ultimately lead to further problems in terms of accidents and mishaps at the job.
