What started as an assignment for this class has evolved into a sort of obsession. . Taking an analytical look of the food that I eat, the way that I eat, and the reasons I eat, was more difficult then I had first anticipated.
The first day, Wednesday, I started with just writing down the food that I consumed. Breakfast was an apple cinnamon, Quaker Oatmeal Square. Lunch was a Lean Cuisine frozen meal, I did not write down which kind, although I believe that it was Salisbury steak with Macaroni and Cheese. Dinner was simply a fat free bologna sandwich. I didn't write down much and to be honest with you, I'm not sure I wrote everything.
Thursday morning I woke up and thinking about this paper made the decision to be more specific. My day went like this; breakfast was another apple cinnamon, Quaker Oatmeal Square and a can of Diet Mountain Dew, in the car on the way to work. Around 2:30, I finally took a few minutes for lunch, which was another Lean Cuisine meal, Chicken in a basil cream sauce, with green and yellow peppers. Dinner, was a turkey sandwich, right before bed. As, I was getting ready for bed and finishing up my dinner, I noticed that I tend to eat moving around or in the car.

I have tried to follow Weight Watchers, Atkins, Jenny Craig, even South Beach, none of them have worked and this week makes me think that maybe it just a matter of planning and making food more of a priority to get these programs to work.
Weight Watchers, is a program that encourages their participants to write down and track the food that they eat. Today, I went and signed up. This program will work, because I plan to take the time and make food more of a priority, not just for
